• 🚫 Those who had lash extensions done elsewhere without a consultation
• 🚫 Anyone experiencing excessive lash shedding (may require a new set)
• 🚫 Clients wanting to change their lash style (a new style requires a full set booking)

📌 Important Infills Policy:

• ✅ Must have 40% or more of your lash extensions intact to qualify.
• ✅ Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.
• ✅ If lashes are excessively grown out, a lash removal and full set may be required.
• ✅ Style changes require a full set booking – infills maintain your current style only.
• ✅ Infills are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

📌 Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 💳 40% deposit required to secure your booking.
• ⏳ Non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours before your appointment.
• 🔄 Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit (one-time only).
• ⚠️ If you book an infill and later decide to change the style within 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable.
• ⚠️ No refunds for infills once the service has been completed.

🚨 How to Prepare for Your Appointment

• ✅ Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara, oils, or lash serums).
• ✅ No waterproof mascara for 48 hours before the session.
• ✅ Avoid lash serums or oily products before the appointment.
• ⚠️ £10 cleaning fee applies if arriving with mascara, makeup, or oily residue on the lashes.

💆‍♀️ Aftercare: Keep Your Lashes Looking Fresh!

• ❌ No water, steam, makeup, or oils for 24 hours.
• ❌ No rubbing, pulling, or mascara (weakens retention).
• ❌ Avoid sleeping on your face (friction causes lash fallout).
• ✔️ Clean lashes daily with an oil-free lash cleanser.
• ✔️ Brush daily with a spoolie to keep them neat.
• ✔️ Book infills every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.
